1. Reservations and Payments

  • To confirm a reservation, the guest must make an advance payment of 50% of the total stay amount.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at check-in or as agreed with the hotel.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
  • For cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, the hotel will retain 50% of the total booking amount.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in starts from 02:00 PM.
  • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and at an additional cost.

4. Stay Regulations

  • Guests must adhere to hotel rules, including quiet hours and the prohibition of smoking in indoor areas.
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
  • Any damages caused by guests to hotel property will be charged according to the value of the damage.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Guests’ personal data is stored and used only for reservation and hotel service purposes.
  • The hotel does not share guests’ personal information with third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
